Verification Process

We are looking for serious and reliable candidates to join our USA Number Verification Process team. In this role, you will only be responsible for verifying and validating mobile or landline numbers of the customers based in the United States. Strictly no conversations with the customers. No prior experience is required for this position. It's a night shift (7:30pm-4:30am) WFO job. We are looking for candidates with 3-4km radius of Dhakuria, No pick up/drop will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Dial US numbers from the data base & and update the status of the number on the sheet.

Authenticate users based on provided data and follow verification protocols.

Update CRM or internal systems with verification results and relevant notes.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.

Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly verification targets and quality metrics.
