Ø Provide booking support to agents and retailers, assisting with flight, train, or other ticket bookings.
Ø Resolve queries and issues related to bookings, tickets, and travel arrangements.
Ø Manage ticket-related issues, including cancellations, amendments, and refunds.
Ø Communicate with agents, retailers, and customers to ensure seamless booking and travel experiences.
Ø Ensure adherence to booking processes and procedures.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate or Diploma in related Job
· Proven 1+ Years of experience in customer service or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage bookings and tickets accurately.
· Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
· Knowledge of booking systems and platforms Such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre etc .
