We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Travel Consultant to become a valuable part of our team for Growth Consultant based in Ahmedabad, located at Chandkheda. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
