We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Trainer to deliver high-impact training to new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO process (voice), excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire training (NHT) for BPO processes (voice).
Deliver process-specific training modules based on client requirements.
Ensure 100% completion of training batches and manage training effectiveness through assessments.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
Create/update training materials, manuals, and assessments.
Collaborate with quality, operations, and HR teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Conduct refresher trainings for existing agents to address performance or process updates.
Report training effectiveness metrics such as TNI, TNA, post-training scores, nesting conversions, etc.
Stay updated with client process changes and cascade information to the team timely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of BPO operations and processes.
Experience in facilitating both classroom and virtual trainings.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage training logistics and handle multiple batches.
