Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Female Tele caller to join our growing team at Hi-Grade Company. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and possess a working knowledge of MS Excel. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer engagement and are looking to build a career in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to inform them about products/services.

• Accurately maintain and update lead information in Excel sheets and internal databases.

• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or callbacks.

• Address client inquiries courteously and escalate complex queries when required.

• Maintain call logs and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless client handling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female

• Education: 12th Pass minimum; Graduation preferred

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)

  • Comfortable using telecalling scripts and CRM tools (if any)

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (basic English preferred)

  • Polite, persuasive, and professional on calls

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
