Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves outbound tele-calling to promote GST Franchisee products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are persuasive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reach out to potential clients to promote and sell GST Franchisee offerings.
· Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and achieve sales closures.
· Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
· Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
· Age: 20 to 30 years
· Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates
· Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior tele-sales experience are welcome
Job Details:
· Working Days: 6 Days a Week
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
· Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
· Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on performance
