Key Responsibilities:
1. Telephone Operator Duties:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Maintain call records and ensure prompt communication follow-ups
• Manage the company’s phone directory and update contacts regularly
2. Reception Management:
• Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Coordinate with security and internal departments for guest visits
3. Administrative Support:
• Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
• Manage document filing, data entry, and office supplies
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events
• Support internal teams with clerical duties and correspondence
