Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote products and take feedback.
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to agrochemical products, usage, dosage, and pest issues.
Record customer interactions and maintain an accurate database of calls and feedback.
Provide follow-up support for unresolved queries and escalate complex issues to technical experts.
Coordinate with the sales team and update them on leads, complaints, or requirements.
Educate farmers about seasonal crop protection solutions, safety measures, and best practices.
Translate product information into local languages clearly and effectively.
Minimum graduate in Agriculture or related field preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and at least one regional language.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Patience and ability to handle customer pressure.
Knowledge of agrochemical products or farming practices is a plus.
