Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the telecalling team responsible for collections.

• Allocate daily calling targets and monitor performance.

• Ensure timely follow-up with overdue customers to achieve recovery targets.

• Maintain MIS reports on call status, PTPs (Promise to Pay), and collection outcomes.

• Train and mentor telecallers on effective communication, compliance, and negotiation.

• Escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases to higher management.

• Ensure adherence to company’s code of conduct, regulatory norms, and DNC (Do Not Call) guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12th Pass & Graduate in any discipline(Not Medical field).

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC or BFSI.

• Strong team management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and telecalling tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knows MS Excel (Pivot & V-Lookup and formulas)
