The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to DSA, Banks, or NBFCs, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Handle end-to-end telesales operations for Personal and Business Loans.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and conversion rates.

• Guide team members on calling scripts, objection handling, and effective pitching.

• Maintain discipline, target focus, and a positive work culture.

• Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and team updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–10 years of experience in telesales for Personal Loans/Business Loans.

• Prior experience working with DSA / Banks / NBFCs is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate (Any stream)
