Position: Multiple Openings – Telecaller & Customer Support Executive
Location:
Bank of Baroda Building, Mama Chauraha,
C-1, Kursi Highway, Sector M, Aliganj,
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226022
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
For Telecaller:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain company products/services in a clear and concise manner.
Handle queries and provide correct information to customers.
Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain call logs and update CRM on a daily basis.
For Customer Support Executive:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Document all interactions accurately.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be a plus).
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred.
Fixed salary with incentives based on performance.
