Engage with potential customers via phone calls and explain Samstiti’s services fluently in English.
Showcase product demos clearly and confidently.
Use MS Excel to manage sales reports, lead data, and performance tracking.
Submit daily sales reports including customer responses and conversation details.
Handle regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
Close leads effectively to earn performance-based incentives.
Fluent English communication (verbal & written)
Laptop handling and basic software proficiency (especially MS Excel)
Excellent convincing ability and customer engagement
Confident in presenting demos and clarifying service benefits
Strong follow-up and lead closure skills
Lead Closure Bonus: 2.5% of sale value
Target Closure Bonus: Additional 5% per successful sale
Example: If product price is ₹ABCD, incentive = ABCD × 2.5% (lead) + ABCD × 5% (target closure)
