Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist the sales/marketing team with campaigns and data verification.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Minimum [12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred].
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [English / Hindi / regional languages as needed].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
