Role Overview

We are recruiting 40 dynamic Telecalling Executives for a leading Healthcare company. The role involves connecting with potential customers to explain the benefits of our Health Cards and membership plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of the Health Card (discounts, checkups, coverage).

• Sales Conversion: Convince customers to purchase the membership and close sales over the phone.

• Customer Support: Answer customer queries regarding the health plans professionally.

• Data Maintenance: Update call status and customer details in the system/Excel.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates: Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 12th Pass: Must have at least 6 months of experience in Telecalling or Sales.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and Odia is mandatory. Basic English is required.

• Soft Skills: Good persuasion skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
