Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound calls to prospective customers.

• Provide information about products or services.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Telugu, and/or Hindi).

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good in computer knowledge (MS Excel)

• Patience and ability to handle rejection.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates &(mostly prefered to B-COM Graduates)

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹15000/month (depending on experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Working Days & Timings:

6 Days a Week (Day Shift)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00pm
