Role Overview:We are seeking motivated Tele-Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition and sales conversions. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining our offerings, building trust, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer support (e-commerce background is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Female candidates preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
