Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to HDFC banking services.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
