Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative (CSR) to support our Teleradiology services. The CSR will handle calls from clients and radiologists, help to resolve issues related to scans or reports, and ensure smooth communication between Radiologist & Clients. Good communication and problem-solving skills, along with a calm and professional attitude, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls/messages from Clients, Technicians, and Radiologists professionally and promptly.
Address scan, report, or technical queries in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Coordinate with radiologists to ensure proper case allocation, timely reporting, and follow-ups if needed.
Maintain effective communication across all stakeholders to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor when required.
Maintain a calm, positive, and solution-focused approach during high-pressure or emergency situations.
Ø H.S.C Passed or Graduate.
Ø Rotational Week Off and Rotational Shift.
Ø Comfortable to work in Night Shift. (Male).
