Job Title: Customer Relationship ExecutiveCompany: ELITE ESTATE No - 1/39-6-2,North Parade Road,St. Thomas mount,Guindy, Chennai - 600 116.Landmark : Near by jothi theaterKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and leads.Explain property details clearly and confidently to prospective customers.Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with clients.Update CRM software with client interactions and feedback.Coordinate with sales and marketing teamsAssist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline and any qualifications (freshers welcome).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English and TamilPositive attitude and willingness to learn.Experience in real estate or telecalling is an added advantage.---Working Hours:9:30 AM to 6:30 PMSalary:₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance and experience)
