Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele-Sales Executive located in Shantinagar, Bengaluru. Serve as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or support tickets, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Problem-solving ability and empathy in dealing with customer concerns. Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantage
