We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explain products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.
Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer records and update call information in the system.
Follow up with interested customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain a professional attitude during calls.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., Hindi, English].
Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage is a plus).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus, but freshers can apply.
