Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.Log customer interactions and track follow-ups for collectionOffer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates and making customer to pay their due amount.Job Requirements:We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Bengali. The role involves interacting to customer and convincing them to repay their loan's EMIs, get their loan account settled or foreclosed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
