Telecaller – US Tax Process

Location: [Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore]
Shift: Night shift- 9.30 PM to 6.30 AM
Experience: Fresher/Experienced (International process preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to support our US Tax Return (1040) preparation process. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, gathering required tax documentation, explaining basic tax requirements, and coordinating with the internal tax preparation team. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work during US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US clients for tax document follow-up and information collection.

• Explain required documents for filing Form 1040.

• Handle inbound queries and schedule appointments with CPAs.

• Maintain CRM records, update call logs, and track client status.

• Follow up to ensure timely submission of documents and signatures.

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to US tax data privacy standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (neutral/US accent preferred).

• Experience in international BPO/US process is a plus.

• Basic understanding of US Tax (1040) is an advantage—training provided.

• Strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Comfortable working in US shift timings.
