Roles and Responsibality
a. Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases / inbound inquiries.
b. Explain products/services clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing objections.
c. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
d. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and call status.
e. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Desired Skills
a. Strong Communication in English
b. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
c. Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into warm leads.
d. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Qualification
a. Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory).
b. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Service are welcome.
