Required Skill & Qualification:

• An ideal candidate must have 1 - 4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales

• Candidates from construction /building materials /related industries are highly preferable

• Candidates in and around T Nagar are preferable

• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Should be able to work under a minimul supervision

• Must be a graduate, should possess basic computer proficiency

Job Description:

• Respond to the customer inquiries

• Understand and suggest a suitable product based on customer requirements

• Fix-up and appointment for business development team with clients

• Follow-up with the clients after quotation proposal

• Negotiate and complete the transaction

• Prepare and maintain daily activity report and submit the same as and when it is required
