We are hiring Telecallers / Customer Service Executives to coordinate medical checkups for insurance customers. Your job will be to assist clients over the phone and schedule medical appointments with diagnostic partners.

• Make outbound calls to insurance customers

• Schedule and coordinate medical checkups

• Explain procedures, documents, and preparation required

• Follow up with customers and diagnostic centers

• Update call records in CRM
