Job Summary:
Vecura is looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves promoting wellness products/services, explaining treatment details, converting leads into appointments/sales, and ensuring excellent customer support. Candidates must be fluent in Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi (read, write & speak).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and patience.
Explain wellness services, products, and treatments to customers clearly.
Maintain call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
Build strong rapport with customers to improve client satisfaction and trust.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Voice Process Executive preferred (Fresher can also apply).
Must know Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi (read, write, speak).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with the ability to handle rejections and maintain positivity.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
