The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining education or skill training programs, and converting leads into center visits and enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong follow-up discipline.
Call potential candidates from mobilizer leads, online inquiries, walk-ins, and referral lists.
Explain program details, eligibility criteria, course benefits, and career opportunities over the phone.
Convince and schedule candidates for center visits and counseling sessions.
Maintain lead database in CRM/Excel and update call status daily.
Follow up with interested candidates until enrollment is completed.
Coordinate with mobilizers for field follow-ups where needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and local language.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email).
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions, or customer service (education/skill training experience is a plus).
