About the Internship:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Interns for a short-term internship program. This role is ideal for students or freshers who are looking to gain communication and customer interaction experience. This is a certificate-only internship, with no stipend involved.

As a Telecaller Intern, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products/services, and maintain a record of conversations. Training and call scripts will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads/customers provided by the organization.

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

• Handle basic queries and schedule follow-ups if necessary.

• Maintain records of calls and update CRM or spreadsheets.

• Work towards daily/weekly call targets.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in [Insert language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]

• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, MS Excel, etc.)

• Confidence and a polite, customer-friendly tone

• Own a smartphone/laptop with a stable internet connection

• Availability to work part-time for the full internship duration
