Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property projects.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Schedule client meetings and site visits with the sales team.

• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Sales / Customer Service preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
