Job Title: Telecaller & Computer Inspection Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to communicate with customers.
Provide information about products/services and answer customer queries.
Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback.
Update customer details in CRM software.
2. Computer Inspection Duties:
Inspect and check computer systems for performance and issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Document inspection results and prepare reports.
Ensure all systems are functioning properly and report any issues.
3. Workforce & Team Coordination:
Collaborate with team members and follow work schedules.
Meet daily/weekly targets and provide updates to the management.
Maintain efficiency in handling tasks and responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: 10th/Intermediate/Degree (as per requirement)
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, troubleshooting)
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in Telugu & English
Experience: Both freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Other Skills: Problem-solving ability, patience, time management
