Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Patient Outreach
• Call patients suffering from knee-related issues using provided lead or inquiry data.
• Initiate friendly, empathetic, and informative conversations to understand their condition and concerns.
2. Treatment Explanation
• Clearly explain the clinic’s specialized knee treatment procedures and benefits in a patient-friendly manner.
• Address doubts, misconceptions, or fears regarding treatment options.
3. Patient Engagement & Education
• Educate patients on the importance of timely treatment and possible outcomes if conditions are left untreated.
• Share success stories or testimonials (if applicable) to build trust and credibility.
4. Appointment Scheduling
• Encourage and assist patients in booking appointments or scheduling consultations at the clinic.
• Coordinate with the front desk or clinical team for appointment confirmation and follow-ups.
5. Follow-up Calls
• Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming visits or to check in on their decision-making progress.
• Track and update patient communication logs and responses.
