Job Summary:
Sri Palani Murugan Traders, a trusted cement distributor serving the Coimbatore region, is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller – Cement Sales to join our inside sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth through effective phone-based communication. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers—including engineers, builders, contractors, promoters and retailers to promote our cement brands, generate leads, and convert inquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, pricing, and offers.
Engage with key customer segments - engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, and cement shop owners
Use customer databases and platforms like Indiamart, Justdial, and TradeIndia to identify and contact new leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the field sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
Good communication skills in Tamil (English optional)
Basic computer skills for maintaining logs
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
Female candidates preferred
Work Schedule:
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹14,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Incentives: Target-based incentives from the 3rd month
