Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at our Jhotwara and Brahampuri locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing product/service information in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products and services clearly and effectively.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain call records and follow up with leads.

Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge.
