The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Feedback calling. Key Responsibilities:

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Marathi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
