Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for positions such as warehouse staff, delivery executives, drivers, and operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics and supply chain roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions.

Ensure timely onboarding and documentation completion for new hires.

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring.

Knowledge onboarding documentation.
