Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Shines products.

• Convert interested leads into confirmed orders/sales.

• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets (earn commission per sale).

Skills Required:

• Good communication (English / Hindi)

• Telecalling / Cold Calling

• Sales & Customer Conversion

• Basic Computer / Smartphone knowledge

• Persuasion & Target-Oriented mindset

Earnings:

• Commission per sale

• Maximum Monthly Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance)
