Job Role:
We are hiring freshers + experience for the post of Telecaller Your job will be to talk to people over the phone and tell them about our visa and immigration services.
What You Will Do:
Make phone calls to people and tell them about visa services (like Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)
Answer calls and give basic information about how to apply for visas.
Note down details of people who are interested.
Fix appointments with our senior team members.
Follow up with interested people.
Keep a record of calls made.
Who Can Apply:
12th pass or graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Must speak clearly and politely.
Know basic English ,hindi , punjabi and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, emai).
Be friendly and willing to learn.
Extra Skills (if you have):
Experience in calling or customer care (not required, but good to have).
Knowledge of visas or foreign countries (helpful but not needed).
