About Us:

We are a consultancy firm specializing in helping businesses register, manage, and grow their sales on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and assist in connecting with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to potential leads for GeM consultancy services.

• Explaining services like GeM registration, product upload, bidding, and tender assistance.

• Maintaining daily call records and updating lead status in CRM/Excel sheet.

• Following up with interested clients for meetings, demos, or closures.

• Achieving weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience preferred (Fresher can also apply).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / Email).

• Positive attitude and convincing ability.
