Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our sales & customer service team in the furniture industry. You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating appointments for showroom visits or on-site consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for furniture sales.

• Follow up with leads generated via digital ads, social media, or showroom walk-ins.

• Explain products, pricing, offers, and services in detail.

• Schedule appointments for field sales or interior consultations.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English (regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).

• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in furniture/interiors or telecalling preferred.
