Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for

following up on leads, communicating with customers, maintaining records, and supporting the business

development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads through calls and maintain regular communication.

• Explain products/services to customers clearly and professionally.

• Maintain call records and customer details properly.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

• Generate and maintain good customer relationships.

• Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

• Additional language skills will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
