Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling and Customer Sales Associate to promote and sell a range of banking products, including credit cards, through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a persuasive sales approach, and a passion for meeting targets. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell banking products, including credit cards, loans, and other financial services.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers in Hindi and English based on the customer's preference.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the most appropriate financial solutions.

• Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive conversions and meet sales targets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets set by the management.

• Ensure high-quality customer experience and build rapport for long-term engagement.

• Coordinate with the sales and backend teams to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Freshers or At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Compensation
