• Cross selling in personal ,insurance and motor loan.

• Candidate from banking, insurance background preferred.

• Contact potential or existing customer to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

• Answer question about product or the company.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Direct prospects to the fields sales team when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cross selling.

• Must be Graduate

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

• Good Ms Excel and Ms word knowledge
