Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and customer support.

Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily call handling and service quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 0–6 months in customer support, telecalling, or call center environment.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Excellent communication and listening skills in Hindi and English.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.
