Micah HR Management (an ISO-certified company) is looking for dedicated Associate Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries .

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 along with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

• Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and/or regional languages

• Basic computer and typing proficiency

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in customer service or a call center is an added advantage.

• Educational Qualification:

• Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome)
