About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Help Desk Executives at the Hyderabad Railway Station. In this role, you will assist customers in using the Rapido application for smoother and faster ride bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approach and assist customers at the Railway Station with the Rapido app.
• Guide users through the process of booking rides using the Rapido application.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Operate from the designated canopy area provided at the Railway Station.
• Promote the benefits of Rapido services to new and existing users.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi for effective customer interaction.
• Freshers are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers on-site.
