**Job Description – Telecaller (Operations Team)****Company: Mango Gtechnology – Salon at Home Services**We are looking for a dedicated **Telecaller** to join our Operations Team at **Mango Gtechnology**, a salon-based company providing professional **Salon-at-Home** services.This role requires handling customer calls, assisting with bookings, coordinating beauticians for home services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.**Salary:** ₹16,000 – ₹20,000**Shift:** Day Shift**Working Days:** 6 days a week**Training:** 15 days to 1 month (Fully Provided) Key Responsibilities:* Handle inbound & outbound customer calls in a polite and efficient manner.* Help customers with **placing new bookings**, rescheduling, and service-related queries.* Coordinate with beauticians/freelancers and **send employees for customer home services**.* Address customer concerns and complaints with a problem-solving approach.* Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings.* Provide correct and timely information to customers regarding services, prices, and availability.* Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when needed.* Meet performance metrics such as call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.---### **Job Requirements:*** Minimum qualification: **Below 10th pass accepted**.* Experience: **0.5 – 1 year** in telecalling/customer support (preferred).* Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.* Ability to handle pressure and multitask.* Comfortable working **6 days a week** in **day shift**.* Must be willing to learn—**15 days to 1 month of training** will be provided to understand the work and system.
