Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products/services, provide information, and maintain customer relationships. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns.

• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a tele caller representative, or similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Telugu].

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Persuasive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.).

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or BPO environments.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
