Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company’s products/services and respond to customer queries.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and update contact details.
Follow up on previous calls and leads.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.
Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Record call details and maintain call logs/reports.
Maintain good relationships with clients to retain business.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Previous experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
