About Us:

Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or prospects, promoting products/services, generating leads, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

- Make outbound calls to customers or prospects to promote products/services.

- Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Build relationships with customers through effective communication.

- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

- Address customer queries and concerns.

3. Lead Generation:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads.

- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.

- Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

4. Data Management:

- Update customer information and interaction history in CRM software.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and telesales tools.
